Wig Fairies is a mobile wig boutique serving the NY/NJ Metro area. We are dedicated to helping women facing challenges of living with hair loss due to chemo therapy and radiation regain their positive self image.
A certified mastectomy fitter, and wig specialist, Carmela Vasaturo strives to help women find the right hair solutions during a difficult time. Whether it be a wig, turban, hair piece, or hat, our goal is for you to regain a positive self image. When a woman is undergoing chemo or radiation, or any other hair related illness, there are many important life changing decisions to be made. Our consultants can help you choose a wig, breast form,bras or wig that will help you retain your self-esteem.

I have over 30 years as a BOC certified mastectomy fitter. I am a breast care provider who is educated in the proper fitting of breast prosthesis and post mastectomy services. It has been a service that I hold very close to my heart as my mother was a breast cancer survivor. My mission is to help women retain their self-esteem.
